8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
Garlic Pouder
14 ounces fresh diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon chopped basil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
How to make these easy one pot pasta recipe:
Heat oil in a large skillet or pot set over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic and sauté for a couple minutes or until slightly soft and brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes, the basil, the chicken broth and the spaghetti. Press the spaghetti until fully covered with the liquid, make sure your pan or pot is wide enough for this.
Cover your pan or pot, reduce heat to medium low and let it cook until your spaghetti is al dente, around 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove the lid, turn of the heat, add salt to your liking then top your spaghetti with some Parmesan cheese and Italian Parsley. Enjoy Immediately!

What’s a chicken broth substitute? Using chicken broth in pasta can have a significant addition to your flavors, you can replace it with some beef broth, vegetable broth or you can simply fill up your pot with enough water to boil your sauce and pasta.
