Boat Dip (Rotel Ranch Dip)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar sub with Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro completely optional

Instructions
 

  • First, begin by prepping all your ingredients (I made sure to suggest a good substitute for each ingredient used in this recipe to make it easier for you). Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature and make sure the Rotel tomatoes are well drained.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese with the sour cream and ranch seasoning mix in a large mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients until smooth.
  • Add in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese. Combine well until all ingredients are well blended.
  • Use plastic wrap to cover the large mixing bowl, then place in the fridge for at least an hour to allow the flavors to fully develop.
  • Stir the rotel ranch dip, then spoon it into a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh cilantro, chives, or parsley.
  • It’s best served chilled with chips, crackers or veggie sticks. Enjoy!
