Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with half of the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place three lasagna noodles on top.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers: noodles, chicken mixture, and cheeses.
Top the lasagna with the remaining three noodles, spread the remaining Alfredo sauce over the noodles, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
