1/3cupfresh Parmesan cheeseGrated (sub with Mozzarella or crumbled Feta if desired)

4 10-inchflour tortillas or wraps
Instructions
First step is combining all ingredients in a large bowl. Chop the Romaine lettuce and add to the bowl. Add in the chopped chicken, shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing. Mix thoroughly using tongs, then sprinkle some salt and pepper to your liking. At this point, taste the mixture to add more dressing if desired, then put aside.
Second step is warming the tortillas. Set a large pan over medium heat, place in the tortillas to warm for about 15 to 30 seconds for each side until they are soft and flexible. Place the warmed tortillas on a plate and use a kitchen towel to keep them warm. You can also heat the tortillas in the microwave stacked between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
Arrange your tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute the Caesar salad mixture evenly between the four tortillas (Make sure the mixture salad is placed in the center of the tortilla). Tuck in the sides to secure the filling, then roll everything up burrito style. If you want to make them extra secure, insert toothpick in the center of each tortilla.
Serve your chicken Caesar wraps whole or cut them in half. Enjoy!
