Creamy Avocado Bomb Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ jalapeno
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro
  • ½ fresh squeezed lime
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash all ingredients well, especially the cilantro
  • Cut the avocado in halves, remove the seed and shell, then put into the food processor.
  • Add the extra virgin olive oil, jalapeno, garlic cloves, fresh cilantro, and a pinch of salt to the avocado. (if you don’t want it spicy, remove the seeds from the jalapeno)
  • Cut the lime in half, squeeze one half, then blend all ingredients for 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the sauce to check if it needs more salt or lime depending on your preference, then adjust accordingly.
  • Pour into a container, garnish the sauce with some fresh cilantro leaves and enjoy!
