First step is cooking the pasta. Heat up a large pot filled with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add in the bowtie pasta and cook based on the instructions on the back of the package. Drain and set aside.
Second step is cooking the ground beef. Add the ground beef to a large skillet set over medium heat. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes until it’s fully brown (don’t forget to break it apart to pieces while it’s cooking). Get rid of any unwanted grease if needed.
Third step is sautéing the veggies. Mix the chopped onion and minced garlic with the cooked beef in the same skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
Fourth step is making the creamy sauce. Add in the beef broth and let it come to a simmer. Gently mix in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then allow the sauce to become slightly thick; it’ll take 2 to 3 minutes.
Fifth step is combining the bowtie pasta with the creamy sauce. Add in the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix to fully combine with the sauce. Fold in the shredded cheese until it gooey and creamy. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to your liking.
The sixth and final step is serving. Serve your pasta in a large bowl or shallow dish to hold in the sauces and make it easier to mix and pick up. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and some extra cheese if desired. Savor every bite while the dish is hot and super creamy!
