Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 large English cucumber you can swap with 2 Persian cucumbers
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • Fresh chopped dill or dill relish optional
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook 6 hard-boiled eggs, peel and chop them, then transfer to a large glass bowl.
  • Dice up the green onions and add to the boiled eggs.
  • Dice up a large cucumber and add to the same bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream or plain yogurt, a pinch of salt, and some chopped fresh dill or a different herb, then mix to combine all ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it chill for a while before serving. Enjoy!
