Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces of small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups of corn
  • 1/2 cup of freshly grated cheese
  • For the Creamy Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of water following the instructions on the package until they reach an al dente consistency. Drain the water and rinse the noodles under cold water.
  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, corn, and grated cheese. Pour the prepared dressing over the top and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to chill before serving, or serve immediately.
