Set your oven to 375 degrees F to heat the oven in advance.
Brush a light layer of butter all over your casserole dish.
Lay out the crescent dough and follow the pre-scored lines to cut the dough. Spread some cream cheese on each crescent roll triangle and curl up each one. Then, place them carefully in the casserole dish.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk; then add in the shredded cheese, chopped jalapeno, diced ham, parsley, pepper and salt. Combine all ingredients well; you’ll end up with a chunky mixture.
Pour the prepared mixture over the crescent rolls in an even layer (you can even use your hands to scatter the chunky pieces all over the casserole).
Place your casserole dish in the middle oven rack and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. The casserole will puff up and get a beautiful golden brown.. You can serve right away and dig in!
