Take a medium glass bowl, add the mayonnaise, whole fat sour cream, dried minced onion, dried dill, dried parsley, season with some salt and pepper then mix up all the ingredients to combine.
Once combined, use plastic wrap to safely cover the glass bowl, leave in the fridge for a few hours, or you can leave it overnight. This step makes sure the flavors blend together nicely and for the onion to soften as well. (if you want to serve the same day, sub the minced onion with powder onion, or you can keep the minced onions if you don’t mind the crunch).
