Instructions
Peel the hard-boiled eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise and place them on a platter.
Take out the yolks and using a fork mash them to a fine crumb. Add in the mayo, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and black pepper and mash everything together until creamy smooth.
Add in the finely diced pickles and more seasoning if necessary (taste at this point).
Add a generous amount of the egg mixture into each halved egg white and garnish the top with a sprinkle of paprika and smoked turkey bits.
Arrange the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a container and place it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
