Easy Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon yellow mustard sub with Dijon
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 baby dill pickles diced finely
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika for garnish
  • 4 slices smoked turkey or crispy bacon strips for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs, then cut them in half lengthwise and place them on a platter.
  • Take out the yolks and using a fork mash them to a fine crumb. Add in the mayo, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and black pepper and mash everything together until creamy smooth.
  • Add in the finely diced pickles and more seasoning if necessary (taste at this point).
  • Add a generous amount of the egg mixture into each halved egg white and garnish the top with a sprinkle of paprika and smoked turkey bits.
  • Arrange the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of a container and place it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
