  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ chicken bouillon cube
  • ½ teaspoon of each ingredient oregano, basil, parsley, and onion powder
  • For the Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts remove bones and skin
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • Measure out the sauce ingredients, combine in a measuring cup and put aside.
  • Cut the chicken in half lengthwise to get thin slices. Season both sides with some salt, pepper, and parsley.
  • Add the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat then sautée the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Put the cooked chicken aside until needed.
  • Add in the garlic to a skillet set over medium heat. Add in the butter and flour to the pan. Combine the mixture and cook for 2 minutes to eliminate the flour taste.
  • Add gradually the previously prepared sauce mixture while stirring non-stop. Raise the heat to boil then reduce it to simmer for about 8 minutes.
  • Lower the heat, stir in the Parmesan cheese and the fresh lemon juice.
  • Place the chicken slices in the pan and top with some of the sauce. Turn off the heat when the sauce has become as thick as you want it to be.
  • Top with some fresh parsley and serve immediately!
