½teaspoondried basil
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder

2cupsmarinaraor pasta sauce
4sub rolls
1 ½cupsshredded Mozzarella cheese
1tablespoonchopped fresh parsley or fresh basiloptional
Instructions
Take a large mixing bowl. Add in the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, oregano, basil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything then roll into 1 inch balls.
Place the meatballs in a large skillet set over medium heat and brown on all sides then drain excess grease. Add the marinara sauce and let it simmer over medium low heat for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, split your sub rolls, butter then toast in your oven broiler.
Lay half of the cheese on the bottom of the sub rolls, place 5 meatballs in each one of them then top with the rest of the cheese. Put under the broiler until the cheese is soft and melted.
Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese and fresh basil or parsley if you want. Enjoy right away!
