Place all your ingredients (except the shredded carrots) in a blender or immersion blender if you have one and blend until smooth.
Add and stir the shredded carrots.
Place parchment paper in a small baking pan, pour in the mixture and spread using a spatula. Bake in your preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes (check if it’s done by inserting a toothpick; it should come out clean).
Get it out of the oven and let it cool off for a while before serving. Enjoy!
