Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast skin and bones removed and cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the butter in a large skillet set over medium heat.
  • Once the butter has melted, add in the chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, until the chicken pieces turn golden brown.
  • Once done cooking, add in minced garlic and stir for about a minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
  • At this point, check the seasoning to modify if needed. Next place your fragrant and golden chicken bites on a plates, and garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges for a pop of color. Enjoy!
