Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Handful mini chocolate chips or raisins optional

Instructions
 

  • Take a medium bowl and mix in the dry ingredients. Add in the sweetener and the peanut butter or any nut butter you choose to work with (if it’s not soft, you need to gently warm it until it becomes easy to stir). Once the ingredients are well combined, used them to create small balls or flatten to create bars or your desired cookie shape.
  • Enjoy the homemade energy balls right away or place them in a covered container and keep it for a week on the counter at room temperature or place it in the fridge or freezer.
