Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Lay a parchment paper over a baking tray then set aside.
Take a medium bowl, put in the frozen hash-browns, add in the olive oil, beaten egg, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper then mix well to combine. Your potatoes should be fully coated.
Scoop ¼ cup of potato mixture onto a greased baking sheet, flatten a bit into a small pancake shape.
Put your baking tray in the oven, bake for about 30 minutes until crispy and slightly brown. Flip the hash browns halfway through baking.
Top with more shredded cheese or sour cream. Enjoy!
