- In a large bowl, combine the sweet corn, FRITOS, red onion, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and cumin powder. 
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. 
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the corn mixture and stir well to combine. 
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle. 
- Just before serving, add the FRITOS to the salad. Gently toss to coat the FRITOS with the dressing and other ingredients.
