In a large bowl, combine the sweet corn, FRITOS, red onion, green bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, and cumin powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the corn mixture and stir well to combine.
Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle.
Just before serving, add the FRITOS to the salad. Gently toss to coat the FRITOS with the dressing and other ingredients.
