Pre warm your oven to 350 degrees F and place parchment paper on a baking dish.
Add the butter and chopped chocolate in a microwave friendly mixing bowl and melt in 30 seconds intervals. Mix until completely melted.
Add the granulated sugar and eggs to the mixing bowl (one egg at a time; whisking well after each addition). Stir in the vanilla extract, food coloring, and white vinegar.
In a different bowl, pass the cocoa powder, flour, and salt through a sifter to combine.
Gradually add the sifted ingredients to the wet ingredients while mixing to combine (don’t over mix). If you choose to use white chocolate chips, you can mix it with the batter.
Transfer the batter into the lined baking pan, smoothing out the mixture to form an even layer.
Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes (use a toothpick to check, when inserted into the center it should come out dry).
Give the baked brownies time to cool, then cut them into squares. To garnish your brownies, you can drizzle melted white chocolate, or powdered sugar on top if desired (let it set before slicing). Enjoy!
