  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • To begin, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Another, soften the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until fragrant. 
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
  • Exchange the skillet to the preheat broiler and heat for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and not pink within the center. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will offer assistance the juices redistribute and keep the chicken sodden.
  • Serve the it with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes. The garlic butter sauce from the skillet can be drizzled over the chicken for extra flavor.
