Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz tagliatelle
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp of Garlic
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ Juice of Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Lemon Zest Zest
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • ½ tbsp of Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp of Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prawns should be shelled and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta, as mentioned on its package
  • Heat a spoon full of butter in a skillet.
  • Cook the prawns for two minutes on each side before removing them.

To make garlic butter:

  • Add two tablespoons of butter to the same pan and whisk in the minced garlic.
  • Add lemon juice and basil.
  • Over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer for four to six minutes.
  • Add the cooked prawns while maintaining low heat.
  • Add the prepared pasta along with the finely chopped and combined parsley.
