Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium size skillet set over medium high heat. Add the chopped onion and 1-pound lean ground beef. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into pieces as it cooks. Cook until the beef is brown and the onion is tender (about 5-6 minutes)
Drain any excess grease, then add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, pepper and onion powder.
Now add the 2 tomato soup cans or 2 tablespoons of concentrated tomato paste (from a tube)
Next, add ¼ cup of water.
Stir to combine and bring it to a boil. Let the sauce simmer for about 5-6 minutes.
Add in half of the shredded cheese and let that simmer for about 2 minutes.
Choose your favorite baking dish, then spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Combine together the pasta shells and the sauce.
Add the mixture to your baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Finally, cover your casserole dish and bake until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Lastly, sprinkle some dried parsley on top of your cheeseburger casserole and ENJOY!
