In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper to create the honey garlic sauce.
Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, and pour half of the honey garlic sauce over them. Reserve the remaining sauce for later. Marinate the chicken within the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for the greatest flavor .
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Evacuate the chicken from the stove and let it rest for a couple of minutes some time recently.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired, and serve the Honey Garlic Chicken hot with your favorite side dishes.
