  • Salami smoked turkey,
  • Fresh fruit or dried fruit strawberries, raspberries, figs, or dates
  • Crackers or breadsticks
  • Nuts toss a handful of your favorites; almonds, pistachios, pecans
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary optional garnish
  • Macaroons for a touch of sweetness

  • Small mason jars clear plastic cups, or champagne coupes.
  • Toothpicks or small wooden skewers. for pieces or cheese, meat, fruit, or olives
  • Cutting board and a knife

Instructions
 

  • Choose your serving cups; they could be mini bowls, large ramekins, jars, or champagne coupes.
  • On a cutting board, cut two types of cheeses into small bite sized pieces and cut one or two hard cheeses into slices and place them in the serving cups.
  • Wash and dry any fruit you’ve got, slice it or add as a whole to the cup.
  • Roll the salami or smoked turkey forming a nice looking flower and place it in the center of the cup.
  • Place the crackers or breadsticks resting on the edge of the cup.
  • Place one macaroon in each cup alongside a handful of nuts or dried fruit.
  • Finally garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary, cover with plastic wrap and sit in the fridge until needed or simply serve right away. Enjoy!
