Limoncello Spritz Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lemons thinly sliced
- 1 ounce sparkling water 30 ml/ about 1/8 cup
- 3 ounces Prosecco 90 ml/ ¼ cup
- 2 ounces chilled limoncello (60 ml/ 1/8 cup
- Mint sprig or fruit optional garnish
Instructions
- First, choose your serving glass. It could be a large stemmed or stemless glass or even a mason jar. Generously fill the glass with ice. For added flavor, aroma, and visual presentation; place 2 to 3 thin lemon slices between the ice and the glass.
- Add in limoncello and sparkling water.
- Gradually add in Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
- Finally, garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint, lemon zest or place a candied lemon peel on the rim of the glass. Enjoy!
