Instructions
First, turn on the oven to preheat at 350 degrees F.
Place 24 RITZ crackers side down in a pan or baking dish and another 24 crackers in a different pan. Lay a thinly sliced piece of smoked turkey on each RITZ cracker (you can cut the slices to suit the size of the crackers if you want).
Place a slice of cheese over the smoked turkey (it’s best to cut the cheese into 1 inch pieces). Cover with another RITZ cracker to make a sandwich.
Microwave the butter in a microwave safe bowl for about 45 seconds until melted. Add in the Dijon mustard, salt, and Worcestershire sauce and mix gently to combine.
Pour the mixture over the mini sandwiches (dividing it evenly between the two pans). Sprinkle the dried onion flakes and poppy seeds on top of the mini sandwiches.
Place the baking dishes in the oven to bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once the cheese is melted and the crackers turn slightly golden brown, take them out of the oven and transfer to plate or serving platter. Enjoy while warm!
