1-pound ground beef (lean)
16 ounces box of noodles (linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles)
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
2/3 cup beef broth
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground ginger (ginger paste works as well)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (only if you like a bit of spiciness)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Green onion (optional garnish)

How to make this easy ground beef noodles recipe!

Boil your noodles in a salted pot of water, let it cook until al dente. (you can follow the pasta box instructions)
Add the ground beef in a large skillet set over medium high heat. Let your ground beef cook until nicely browned (around 10 minutes) break it up to pieces as it cooks. Don’t forget to drain any excess fat if you’re not using lean ground beef.
