Boil your noodles in a salted pot of water, let it cook until al dente. (you can follow the pasta box instructions)
Add the ground beef in a large skillet set over medium high heat. Let your ground beef cook until nicely browned (around 10 minutes) break it up to pieces as it cooks. Don’t forget to drain any excess fat if you’re not using lean ground beef.
Add in the soy sauce, beef broth, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper then stir all ingredients until well combined.
Finally, drain the noodles in a colander, add them to your skillet then stir to combine with the beef mixture.
Serve your delicious noodles with some freshly chopped green onion if desired. Enjoy!
