Easy Ground Beef Noodles Recipe

This beef noodles recipe has amazing flavors and texture, it only requires simple, pantry-friendly ingredients and it’s all made in just 15 minutes from start to finish! It’s undoubtedly the perfect last minute weeknight dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 1- pound ground beef lean
  • 16 ounces box of noodles linguine, spaghetti, or rice noodles
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2/3 cup beef broth
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ginger paste works as well
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes only if you like a bit of spiciness
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Green onion optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Boil your noodles in a salted pot of water, let it cook until al dente. (you can follow the pasta box instructions)
  • Add the ground beef in a large skillet set over medium high heat. Let your ground beef cook until nicely browned (around 10 minutes) break it up to pieces as it cooks. Don’t forget to drain any excess fat if you’re not using lean ground beef.
  • Add in the soy sauce, beef broth, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and black pepper then stir all ingredients until well combined.
  • Finally, drain the noodles in a colander, add them to your skillet then stir to combine with the beef mixture.
  • Serve your delicious noodles with some freshly chopped green onion if desired. Enjoy!
