Cauliflower Steaks

1 medium sized cauliflower head
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro (optional garnish)

How to make these cheesy Cauliflower Steaks:

Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
To prepare the cauliflower; remove the leaves, rinse in cold water then pat to dry.
Cut your cauliflower in half then slice into two pieces of steaks and set aside. (cut as many slices as you need, just make sure to double the ingredients)
Take a small mixing bowl, add the olive oil, grated parmesan, spices, salt and pepper then whisk to combine your mixture.

Transfer your cauliflower steaks to the baking sheet, brush from all sides coating the cauliflower steaks with your prepared mixture.

Put your baking pan in the oven, bake for about 20 minutes or until the stalk is a bit tender and golden brown. Flip your cauliflower steaks halfway through baking time.
Remove the pan from the oven, drizzle with the shredded Mozzarella cheese then put it back in the oven until melted.
