It’s rich, delicious and easy to make from scratch with simple, affordable ingredients available at every household. You will never get a store bought Guacamole again after trying this simple and tasty recipe. It’s simple and so easy to make at home and definitely BETTER!
Mashed ripe avocados, mixed with some freshly diced ingredients, some lime juice and a subtle kick of heat for the perfect mix of flavor and texture! It’s rich, smooth, super inviting and it goes well with everything! You can use it to snack on, it’s light, flavorful, and healthy or you can serve at casual gatherings or parties, next to a bowl of nachos or healthy homemade crisps.

Ingredients Needed:

Guacamole

2 Ripe avocados
2 Tomatoes (diced)
½ small yellow onion (finely diced)
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
1 jalapeno pepper (Finely diced with the seeds removed)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 lime (juiced)
½ teaspoon salt

Instructions to make this Guacamole recipe:

Grab 2 ripe avocados, slice them in half lengthwise. Using a knife tap the pit and twist to remove it, then scoop the avocado into your mixing bowl.

Using a masher or a fork, mash the avocados to your desired texture as smooth as you like them to be.

Add some finely diced onion, finely chopped fresh cilantro, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, diced jalapeno pepper, salt and finally squeeze one lime on top of the ingredients. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
