Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Skewer the chicken pieces onto soaked bamboo skewers.
  • Brush the chicken skewers with half of the bang bang sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
  • Serve the chicken skewers hot, drizzled with the remaining bang bang sauce. Enjoy!
