This Big Mac wraps recipe is my new go to dish after a long day’s work to calm my hunger and satisfy my cravings. It’s easy, delicious and fun to make.
In a bowl whisk together all the Big Mac Sauce ingredients until smooth (1/2 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup finely diced pickles, 1 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons ketchup and ½ teaspoon paprika). Put the sauce in an airtight container and store it in the fridge until needed.
Cook the ground beef:
Cook the beef and the onion in a medium skillet over medium-high heat (1 pound ground beef and ½ diced yellow onion). Break the beef into small pieces and make sure to season with salt and pepper to your liking. – Drain the grease before putting the beef in a bowl.
Assemble:
For each tortilla add ½ cup shredded lettuce, ½ cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup pickles, the other ½ of the diced onion.
Add as much sauce as you like then fold the tortillas as a wrap and serve.
