Turn on the oven to preheat at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Use paper towel to pat dry the chicken wings in necessary.
Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl. Add in the potato starch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and baking powder. Mix everything to cover the chicken wings.
Lightly coat the parchment paper with a bit of oil spray, then gently place the chicken wings on the sheet pan, arranged in a single layer. Top the chicken wings with another light spray of oil.
Lower your oven temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the chicken wings cook for 35 to 40 minutes (don’t forget to turn them halfway through cooking time and mist some oil on top.
In the meantime, set a small saucepan over medium heat and add in the honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, butter, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix and let the sauce simmer until everything is fully blended. Keep a small amount of the mixture to use as a dip, if desired.
Once the wings are done cooking, place them in a bowl or hallow plate and mix to coat with the honey lemon pepper sauce. Enjoy!
