Cook and crumble 1-pound ground beef in a medium sauce pan set over medium heat until meat is browned. Drain any excess grease if needed.
Add in 1 package taco seasoning and 3 or 4 cups of water as called for on back of seasoning package. Follow the instructions on the back of the seasoning packet.
Once the ground beef is cooked, turn off heat and add in ½ cup salsa con queso. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Preheat your over to 350F degrees. Use some nonstick cooking spray in an 8-inch round baking pan.
Layer the bottom of the skillet with one of the 3 soft taco size flour tortillas.
Then add about 1/3 of the ground beef filling on the first taco layer.
Add in about 1/3 of the shredded Mexican cheese blend.
Repeat until you are done with all the layers: a tortilla layer, some ground beef filling, then some cheese.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 350F degrees until cheese is melted perfectly and edges are slightly golden brown.
Allow your dish to cool for several minutes. Add toppings of your liking then slice and serve.
