Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons good quality peanut butter
  • ½ medium banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Take your flour tortilla and put it on a cutting board or a flat surface, spread the peanut butter over the whole tortilla.
  • Cut your half banana thinly then place the slices over half of the tortilla. Sprinkle with good quality chocolate chips over the same half of the tortilla. Fold your tortilla to close. (the peanut butter will hold your quesadilla together the same way cheese does in a regular quesadilla)
  • Put your prepared quesadilla in a large frying pan set over medium-low heat, cook on both sides until it’s lightly golden brown and crispy on the sides. Your chocolate and banana slices should be gooey. (adding butter or oil to cook the quesadilla is completely optional, I chose not to do so for this recipe)
