1 – Cream butter and sugar. Using a hand mixer cream together on medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes)

2 – Add egg & molasses. Mix together until fully combined.

3 – Mix flour and spices. Whisk flour, baking soda, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon collectively till combined.

4 – Mix till there may be no flour seen with-inside the dough Chill dough. Cover with plastic wrap and place it inside the refrigerator for two hours.

5 – Roll into balls. Form 18-20 balls of cookie dough.

6 – Roll in powdered sugar. Fully coat every ball of dough then location on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper, leaving three inches between.

7 – Bake. 375 for 10 minutes until cookies have cracked but still look slightly under-baked.

8 – Cool. Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cookie rack to cool fully.
