1 egg
2 tablespoon corn starch (sub with tapioca flour)
4 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
3 tablespoons cooking wine (sub with broth)

How to make this Japanese Tsukune Recipe?

To prepare the sauce; mix 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar and set it aside for later.
