3 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil

½ cup honey
¼ cup rice vinegar
3 garlic cloves (minced)

2 teaspoons cornstarch
2-3 tablespoons water

Cook the chosen rice according to package instructions.
Peel the cucumber and cut into slices, then peel the carrot and slice thinly or grate.
