8 ounces uncooked pasta.
2 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon flour
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ cup chicken broth (substitute: dry white wine)
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
¾ cup heavy cream/whipping cream
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach

Add your chosen pasta to a salted boiling pot of water and cook until al dente.
In the meantime, place the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
